Since 1989, CASA has been Kappa Alpha Theta's national philanthropy. Through this partnership, National CASA receives annual support from the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. Across the country local CASA programs receive substantial support from Theta alumnae and college chapters nationwide, which host fundraisers on their behalf.

The Southern Methodist University chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta sponsors the annual KATS Making Tracks - 5K.
