
2023 The Closing Party
Dallas CASA celebrated the final days of Parade of Playhouses with The Closing Party at Design Within Reach, NorthPark Center on July 27. Hosted by the Dallas CASA Board of Directors, the party honored our playhouse builders, architects and underwriters. It was a festive evening of entertainment with a fun wine pull, great hors d’oeuvres & beverages.

2023 Parade of Playhouses
Generous corporations, organizations and individuals design, build and donate extraordinary children’s playhouses each year for the Dallas CASA Parade of Playhouses at NorthPark Center. The annual event raises funds and awareness to help Dallas CASA provide more volunteer advocates to help abused children have safe, permanent homes where they can thrive.

2023 CASAblanca Casino Party
The Dallas CASA Young Professionals hosted their annual CASAblanca casino party benefiting Dallas CASA on the fourth of February. Named by CultureMap as one of the best spring social events for charitable young Dallasites, guests enjoyed a fabulous evening of casino games, live music, dancing, cocktails, appetizers, prizes and lots of fun.

2022 Champion of Children Dinner & Concert
Champion of Children returned to The Rustic on October 27 with an outdoor dinner and concert featuring Texas country musician Cory Morrow. All proceeds support the volunteer advocates who serve children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are living in the protective care of the state.

2022 Cherish the Children luncheon
The Dallas CASA Children’s Council hosted the 2022 Cherish the Children benefit luncheon on May 6 at the Omni Dallas Hotel. During the event, Dallas CASA honored WFAA anchor Cynthia Izaguirre with the 2022 Caroline Rose Hunt Cherish the Children Award. The host of WFAA’s Wednesday’s Child, Izaguirre has long used her public platform to advocate for the needs of children living in foster care.

2022 Dallas CASA Classic
The Dallas CASA Classic is the largest single-day, non-PGA sponsored golf tournament in the nation, drawing nearly 700 golfers every year from around the country to support the child victims of abuse and neglect served by Dallas CASA. The tournament took place October 03, 2022 on two courses, hosted by Pioneer Natural Resources, Goldman Sachs, AT&T and the Dallas CASA Young Professionals. Since its inception, the Dallas CASA Classic has raised more than $22.2 million.

Dallas CASA’s Children’s Council
Dallas CASA Children’s Council, founded in 2006, is the principal volunteer support group for Dallas CASA. The Children’s Council raises funds through special events and promotes community awareness about the needs of the children Dallas CASA serves and the transformational effect a loving, dedicated CASA volunteer advocate has on these children’s lives.

Dallas CASA’s Young Professionals
The Dallas CASA Young Professionals is a vibrant group of volunteers who serve as an outreach, volunteer and fundraising arm for Dallas CASA, while providing charitable and social opportunities for people ages 21 to 40 years. The Young Professionals encourages participation of any young professional in the Dallas area who wants to make an impact in the lives of abused children.
