Champion of Children Award Dinner
The Champion of Children Award Dinner raises awareness about the plight of children who have been abused or neglected by bringing together Dallas business and community leaders, judges and attorneys to honor an individual or organization whose efforts improve the lives of the most powerless and vulnerable members of our community. Each year, the event recognizes a community partner for their significant contributions toward improving the lives of children with the Jan and Judge Barefoot Sanders Champion of Children Award.

Cherish the Children
The annual Cherish the Children luncheon is hosted by the Dallas CASA Children’s Council. Attended by Dallas CASA supporters, proceeds from the event raises funds to help the agency serve the children of Dallas County.

Parade of Playhouses
Parade of Playhouses is an annual event benefiting Dallas CASA. Each year, generous partners design and build one-of-a-kind children’s playhouses. The playhouses are displayed at NorthPark Center, Dallas. Raffle tickets for a chance to win a playhouse are sold to NorthPark visitors and online. More than 1,000,000 people visit NorthPark during the 17-day event and more than 600 volunteers sell raffle tickets. All proceeds from the raffle ticket sales provide crucial funding to Dallas CASA. In addition to raising critical funds, this event brings the plight of child abuse to the forefront of public attention.
Build a Playhouse
If you are interested in building a playhouse, you will receive recognition associated with the Mansion underwriting level, beginning at $5,000. Your material costs will be included in this donation. Or Dallas CASA can partner your organization with an approved builder to design and build a playhouse that represents your business or interests and recognition will be shared.
