Cherish the Children benefit luncheon on Friday, April 19 at the Omni Dallas Hotel. This year, Dallas CASA will honor Betty Regard with the 2024 Caroline Rose Hunt Cherish the Children Award, which recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to helping children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.
